Jon doesn't pay child support.
Kate is the sole supporter.
Kate has legal custody.
Jon gave up legal rights because he didn't want to support his children.
Oh, and that means:
Jon's child support obligation didn't magically disappear because he was granted 50% physical custody.
Without being required to pay support, Jon gets to keep all of the money he makes trashing his children in the tabloids. Isn't that peachy for him?
Jon has constantly interfered with Kate's income and her ability to earn. He stopped the show so he could do his own thing and filed for custody when Kate was on DWTS. Jon had no trouble with his conscience running to Star Magazine when editor Bill Blankinship was arrested in a sweep investigation for distribution of child pornography. Hey, there was a buck to made! Right Jon?
Even though he was free of child support, Jon chose to be directly involved with a disgusting hate blog. A hate blog which has spent every day for the last four years harassing, bashing, antagonizing and lying about his ex-wife. Jon is full aware of their mission as he has used BL's before when he and Ellen encouraged a boycott of Kate Plus Eight.
Why would Jon convey and lie to BL that his child support went away because his visitation increased? He wanted BL to know he wasn't a deadbeat dad. Did Jon forget to mention that he gave up legal rights?
It's really sad that Jon has driven such a wedge between himself and his children. He has made derogatory comments about them in the Dad's Rountable interview, on Oprah's Where Are They Now, The Wendy Williams Show, and his call-in to TMZ. Oh yes, the In Touch articles (Did I miss any?) And, that brings me to Robert Hoffman's obsessive tirade to destroy Kate. Jon gave up any legal say-so in the lives of his eight children. Again I ask, if Kate if is abusive and her home is a house of horrors, why would Jon do so such a thing? Shouldn't Robert be upset that his dear friend Jon sold out the safety of the children? Robert is freakish and stalker-like in his crusade that Kate is evil like no other. Robert is weirdly bromantic praising the parenting skills of super dad Jon. Yet, Jon handed over all the decision-making to Kate. Jon and Robert's stories just don't add up.

lol oh, yeah. Brilliant. Haters are all brilliant at wasting their lives obsessing over people they've never met!
Stop making the kids do what? Chores? And I suppose if trustworthy Jon said Kate's not doing whatever he claimed she was doing in the first place, they'd all believe - but how would Jon know, since he's not there? Such spin to try to make Jon the "good guy" even while admitting he looks bad! lol
As for Jon not given opportunity to babysit for the probably less than 24 hours Kate was gone as a reason for "contempt" charges - big joke. Jon's a joke, everyone's laughing at him, when they're not being disgusted by him. I guess he must be used to that by now.
It makes ya wonder Quiltart. I remember Jon commented that he & Liz were laying around in bed watching the Today Show interview, so his mornings must not be very active. The haters just about succumbed to spasms when Kate tweeted once, that she was going to sneak a nap in. Nary a word was said about Jon veging out. I guess "one drink for you, one drink for me" all night at the restaurant must be very hard on Jon.
Jon filing contempt charges are laughable in a court. Where was he for 2 weeks while filming his trash show. Jon is blowing kisses to his haters so everything looks good in Jon's hood. What a waste of family court time and money he does not have. I'll bet the list is very long behind Jon's name on who he owes.
Jon rented the small cabin, he did not own it. All he said is that he moved to another cabin, he didn't say he bought anything if I remember right. ???

I was real 15mins yesterday and they were having a "my family is more f'ed up than yours" day.How did these people all find each other? They have a lot of mommy/daddy issues and baggage from childhood. That's why they take it out on Kate.Confront those people, don't take it out on a surrogate(Kate)
Here's a parenting tip for Jon: If your 9 year-old child has poison ivy because her mother makes her weed and the child doesn't know the difference between poison ivy and weeds, TEACH HER. You live in the freakin' woods, so I think you can find some poison ivy. That is, if the issue were actually the comfort of your child and not the trashing of her mother, which it clearly isn't. How did whining about it months later to a tabloid to make her mother look bad solve the problem?

How does an attorney speak for Jon to the press, if not contacted by Jon. His PR team are just too stupid for words. Jon throws a bone and his PR team is trying to clean up his mess. Do they represent any A-list stars? :) Jon just made a fool of them, and if they were smart they would drop him ASAP, unless working for pennies is all they can get.
If what MKS says is true did Jon issue a statement saying that? He did that when his lawyer said Jon was suing for custody when Kate was on DWTS.
Sounds like Jon is backpedaling. How would Heller know some of the things he said if he wasn't told by Jon.

I wonder if this new 'powerhouse' firm is doing this pro bono. Last we heard Jon was saving money to file papers.
Jon's powerhouse lawyer failed for him the last time, what was her name? She was rated very high and she could not control her client, and Jon lost in court. Any lawyer connected to Jon better be ready for the PA court. Jon is blowing bs and they will find out when they go to court, that Jon lies. He will make a fool of them, but they will take anyone's money upfront from a client. A good lawyer will cost about $850.00 or up an hour, won't take long to have 50 grand in fee's with no court date in site.

I sure hope Kate's lawyers look at the hate blog and twitter. They sure will learn who is behind the crap fest behind the scenes. The BL seems to be a spokes person for Jon again, so maybe we will see the old blog gal owner on the stand. Now that would be the real train wreck to watch. For years she has posted hate against Kate and now bashed the kids, this will not help Jon at all. She can scream free speech till the cows come home, but she has crossed the line. Read up on the laws pertaining to this issue.

Is Jon's pr team a Heeler? Is this the son of the lawyer? Ha Ha, they just take Jon's money if so. They are so lame.
They forgot to add that Jon has not seen one tup for 5-6 months and the girls for 9 months. What mistake is he admitting to? It's sad Jon has nothing left but to sell a few stories, and when this is all over, he will be back in the woods with less than he has now. His supporters should be telling him to get out of the spotlight, work with his kids to gain their trust back, and never bash or trash them again.
