Yes, Jon was evicted for non payment. So, he prob has a judgment against him. I don't know about the SOLs or much about lawsuits (thank goodness). But, Jon might have a line of people waiting for money owed.
You're right Merry....he has blown through a lot of money over the years. Remember the expensive apartment he had in NY with Hailey? In stead of taking her half of the rent money and paying the rent he pocketed it and got evicted from that apartment.
I also remember Robert emailing me and telling me that he and then girlfriend, Ellen, used to sit around and talk about getting the kids so Kate would have to pay child support to him.
I got a feeling that at the end of the day that is what this is about too.
